  3. Monitoring of Project Costs from the contractor’s submissions as well as internal costs of Project Management.
  4. Development and Management of the detail design with the selected Contractor including the integration of works into existing systems to ensure a workable safe solution is provided to reduce the risk to airport operations.

  2. Carry out tests to ensure systems are in compliance with international or domestic specifications.
  3. Carry out failure mode testing to ensure correct system response to a fault condition occurring.
  4. Carry out system training courses for both products and AGL Control systems.
  5. Organisation of service support contract including preparation of specification
  6. Service Level Agreement and Service credits based upon performance of contractor.
  7. Preparation of KPI’s to monitor contractor performance including organisation of annual service review. The KPI’s are used to ensure that any improvements in the execution process can be identified and suitable corrections made.
