Leading the TM3 Airports Teams is our CEO, Kevin Armstrong, a global figure in the AGL industry for over 30 years. Kevin’s reputation was built on being Managing Director and co-owner of ATG Airports, the largest AGL business in the UK of manufacturing, installing, commissioning, and designing AGL and Control Systems around the world. After the sale of ATG Airports Kevin established TM3 in 2016 seeing the gap in the sector for a highly competent and efficient international AGL & Control Systems consultancy. Since 2016 TM3 has opened regional offices in Manchester, Bangko and Hanoi.

Kevin is a chartered electrical engineer, member of the IET and member of UK committees for the development of AGL standards and competent AGL professionals.
